POLE FITNESS

I’ve always been an active person - snowboarding, road biking, playing volleyball etc... but it wasn’t until I found Pole Fitness that I had access to a level of fitness I’d only dreamed of.

I began Pole Dancing and exploring Aerial Dance in the summer of 2012 after completing Graduate school at Colorado State University. I wanted something fun and different that challenged my mind and body. Lucky me, there was a new studio in town that offered just that!

I couldn’t get enough pole. I attended every class I possibly could because each class presented a new challenge and goal for me to work toward.​ I left feeling accomplished and like I had just gotten a GREAT workout, I was hooked.

Along with Pole I played with Silks, Chair, Trapeze and Lyra. Regardless of the apparatus I discovered that I love to fly and my body started to quickly transform. I was noticeably stronger, leaner, toner, more flexible and confident in my own skin. I had discovered the secret to a great body all while having an awesomely fun time and had to share this with others!

I absorbed as much Pole as possible in classes, workshops, at Pole Expo and Pole Camp and in September 2013 I earned my Pole Dance Instructor Certification with Fawnia Dietrich in Las Vegas - Natalia & I were actually in the same course, this is where we first met!

I had found my Puerto Rican soul sister and we quickly starting creating Pole adventures together.

By April 2015 I had outgrown my local studio and created a space in my home to dance, practice and play. Natalia was also a home-poler and instructor, so the dream bringing quality Pole Fitness into the homes of dancers around the world began and Pole Body Fusion was created.

I love what Pole has added to my life, what I’ve seen it do for others and what I know it can do for you. There’s no limit to what’s possible and I can’t wait to explore that with you!
