Angie has practiced yoga for almost 10 years now. She started experimenting with hatha, and has since practiced extensively in Vinyasa, Yin, Bikram, and Mysore. She wanted to continue and deepen her practice, so it was a natural choice to go through YTT in 2015 and get her RYT200 certification.
When she is not doing yoga, Angie appreciates triathlon training, hiking, and spending time with her puppy that has the best down dog she has seen yet.
Practice with Angie can range from a sweaty, high intensity strength based Vinyasa flow, to deep stretching and exploring ones own flexibility within Yin. She likes showing students their full potential, as well as encouraging them to take their practice deeper.
Angie fully incorporates a mind-body experience, and encourages practice through breath, always. She believes taking care of your body physically and mentally is essential, and yoga is a way to channel positive energy and heal the soul.
